@BasedBiohacker What I'd do differently is maintain health for peak physical and mental ability. Never crossing beneath the line where my performance would suffer. That would eliminate some of what I do but 80% would be there.

It's amazing what happens to my mind when I read about the universe. I love how it makes all of my problems seem trivial and elevates my aspirations to unimaginable things.
@JustAnkurBagchi I find that taking care of the physical does most the heavy lifting for mental health. Then of course relationships once your body and mind are in a good place.
