@PunkOnChain I have been doing my 20 min sauna session right after my one hour morning workout which amplifies the effect, and agreed, it feels great. I haven't added any cold therapy to the protocol yet.

@thejasonbb we decided to use a dry sauna as it has the best evidence
@LawrenceGS it is very hot, if you breathe in too quickly you feel a burning in the nose. it's also within the temperature range of the evidence with the best results
