@theactionpod @maxhertan A common reaction to my routine "but you can't be happy!". I can't help but laugh. Try as we may to rationalize self harm as the good life; we all know the truth: it's miserable and we desperately want to justify it because we feel powerless to stop it.

@thesamparr I run cold from my routine. My waking body temp is around 95.9°F, 3 degrees below normal. Low body temp been shown to improve health and longevity.
