@baskasti Their clock uses 9 cpg sites and saliva rather than blood. Mine = 6 validated epigenetic clocks ie horvath, levine etc, that use thousands of cpg sites.
@behzadbehrouzi Have tested one, two and three meals a day, and various fasting windows. Currently eat three meals within 6 hours and fast for 18.
