The drama around Twitter and its management is junk food, don’t consume it.

A lot of buzz around ozempic (Semaglutide). Diet, exercise, smoking cessation and alcohol moderation can extend health/lifespan 10,000 days, whereas Semaglutide may have negligible or even negative effect on health/lifespan.

Today, writing a thank you note to someone who positively influenced my life yet they likely don't know.
