@Krakkiej I hear u. It’s hard. Easier than the terror of life gluttony. My body has adapted, but still challenging daily. Trick for me has been loving the game. Also systems > willpower bc some versions of me remain unreliable. Though my mind squawks, my organs are reporting 💯happy.
