@ThomasM93185459 This rise, from 40 to 67.8 to 110 to 134 ng/mL over a three-month period, occurred concurrently with 60+ sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). The working hypothesis is that HBOT significantly improved vitamin D absorption via microbiome enhancement.
@Hntaigana I don't feel any different. Lower resting body temperature is associated with a slower metabolic rate and, in multiple mammalian studies, has been linked to extended lifespan and delayed aging processes.
@jonmc12 I did achieve a 0.48 speed of aging score. The 0.54 was after that. My 12 month speed of aging average is 0.67 from 22 tests. The average was brought up after a few ~0.80 results post international travel.

@FortKnoxCrypto I'm hope that my learnings translate to your life; making hard things much easier and helping you focus on the things that make a difference in your health
@_TomHoward It's been fun working to simultaneously achieve elite level status on over 60 biomarkers
@tbonedriz96 I am not on TRT. Years ago, we ran a caloric restriction longevity experiment, testing a 25% caloric deficit (1,950 kcal/day). Knowing this level of restriction could potentially lower testosterone, we proactively introduced TRT, not in response to a measured drop, but as a…

Double Lab results Several markers were mistakenly measured twice during this last blood draw. Interesting to see the variance of lab testing results. Here are the values: 1. Testosterone: 764 and 731 pg/dL (ave: 748 pg/dL) 2. GGT: 7 and 8 U/L (ave: 7.5 U/L) 3. Total…
