Sensible to imagine that a Self Destructive Index (SSI) would be contagious.

That your SSI score will be similar to those who you spend time with and listen to.

An evolutionary aspiration for us: eliminate self destructive behaviors.

Blueprint is my attempt to show it possible within Self.

Been trialing idea of creating my own Self Destructive Index (SSI).

Comparing the SSI of my mind in control of my well being versus Blueprint.

Even w/ data, this contemplation is uncomfortable for most; the mind eagerly explaining it all away in favor of it being in control

Am working to improve articulating how my body data + science became the decision authority for my well-being; replacing my mind as the agent of intelligence.

What I’ve found: this contemplation ignites strong defensiveness of the mind for most ppl.

Maybe now is the right time to take on the hardest of all endeavors: upleveling ourselves.

What is the future of technology? Waaaaaay better. We all believe this.

What is the future of human? We don’t know and it’s deeply unsettling.

We need a future of human that gives us hope and fills us with wonder and excitement.
