6/If I can do it; you can too. You can start with the free stuff first: stopping SAD (Self Aided Destruction) behaviors. Make sleep your #1 priority. Step by step. It’s much easier to prevent harm than fix it.
7/We’re off to a phenomenal start. Never have I felt more alive in the pursuit of anything. My results from 2 yrs of Blueprint: + Slowed pace of aging by equivalent 31 years + Now aging slower than the average 10 yr old + Body inflammation is 66% below the average 10 year old
8/ + Ideal muscle & fat (MRI) + 50+ optimal clinical outcome biomarkers + 100+ markers < chronological age + Several fitness tests = 18yr old + body runs 3F° cooler + 12 year age reversal in 500 day average HRV + 31 year age reversal in grey hair age (80% reduction in grey hair)
3/ 21% caloric restriction (2000 cal) slows speed of aging but also lowers testosterone and causes facial volume loss. We’ve corrected for the testosterone and in fact achieved a 20 yr equivalent age reduction for my free testosterone index (FTI). We’re working on facial volume
4/Blueprint is new, contrary to cultural norms and generally counterintuitive. It confuses people.
5/It's encouraging how quickly & strongly my body has responded. Esp considering that I grew up on sugar cereal/sodas, junk food, and sleep being a “waste of time”. Things only got worse as an entrepreneur, father to 3 babies, 60lbs of weight gain & saddled w/ chronic depression
