Reduced my Alpha Klotho biological age by 21 yrs in 5 months, from age 42 to age 21. Klotho therapy provided 12th highest performing increase in wild type mouse lifespan, providing 31% and 19% increase in male & female median lifespan.

@Checkingquickly thank you. I've been working hard to solve for the greatest friction points that stand in between someone starting and continuing blueprint. Getting close.
@lifeasbud exactly, I only get 90-150 minutes a week in this 159+ bpm zone so I need to selectively choose from a bunch of fun possibilities.
