@DoRayMo I hear you. I wish I'd done better at establishing family norms around health and wellness and stuck to them with unwavering precision. Easier said than done though bc at those ages life just feels like constant chaos.

@lostbutlucky 1. Give that version of yourself a name 2. Write down their persuasion techniques 3. Have that list ready for when they show up 4. Inform them that their decision authority has been revoked 5. Witness their tantrum 6. Taste your first power over them

@Chris_Bronson @Dmacsp Fasting 10 hours before bed is what works for me but many others do well eating 2 hours before bed. With some experimentation each person can find a routine that works for them.
