@Spencerk827 For me, the most powerful age slowing interventions were stopping my Self Aided Destructive (SAD) behaviors:
1. Too much food
2. Junk food
3. Skipping bedtime
4. No exercise

Getting a few basics in place, & firmly, allowed next steps to start stacking.

The future is inviting us to evolve at unthinkable speed. Status quo suffocates that process of experimentation and change. We will need an explorers curiosity and eagerness to journey into the unknown.

We are accustomed to think about meaningful evolutionary change on the timescale of 100s of thousands of years, not in a single lifetime
