@Vote_ForPedro @WHOOP had two time zone changes in the past week, first 3 hours east, then MST, then back to PST. I try to 1) always finish eating 8 hours before sleep 2) try to keep bedtime within 1 hour of pst normal 3) light control (mask, curtains). Hard to juggle social/work schedule & sleep
