1) identify the version of me that is prone to those bad behaviors. For me, it was Evening Bryan.
2) write out details about this version of yourself: when your Evening Bryan shows up, what clever arguments they use to…

The language and symbols of religion, tech, science, transhumanism, culture, politics and status-quo all galvanize and tribalize.

We need to somehow put our fingers on the right questions and do the hard work ahead for our survival.
