@innovation_maxi Hard to say as depends on person. Generally, evidence points to: 1. don't smoke 2. 6 hrs a week exercise 3. 10-20 fewer calories than RDA (esp men) 4. AHEI-2010 diet 5. BMI 18.5 - 22.5
