@worldranking_ i'll be OOO this dec-mar
@Pontifex how about we do both
In my HBOT the chamber itself stays at normal air 21% O₂. Pure oxygen is only released when inhaling via a mask. Some systems pressurize the entire chamber with 100% O₂, which greatly increases fire risk. Either way, leave all electronics and batteries outside. Any spark

If you're doing hyperbaric oxygen therapy, do not take any electronics into the chamber. It creates fire risk.
Been in a great flow this week. Resting heart rate 41 bpm for the past two nights. I’m continually amazed how much of my reality is constructed based upon my RHR.

1. Psilocybin helped human cells live longer in the lab. The cells stayed younger for longer and kept dividing more than usual before aging out. And the protective tips on DNA (telomeres), which wear down with cell divisions, stayed intact for longer. 2. Psilocybin

I might have to try shrooms (for science). A psychedelic mushroom molecule just showed signs of slowing aging. Psilocybin, the ingredient in magic mushrooms that alters your mind, slowed the aging process in human cells and extended lifespan in mice. Here’s what the study

@KernelCo recruited 101 participants (51 healthy controls, 50 with mild cognitive impairment; age 55-85). Collected diagnostic survey information, cognitive test results, and real-time Kernel Flow brain scans during memory and verbal fluency tasks. Key Findings: 1) Kernel Flow

Kernel reads outperformed many clinical benchmarks for cognitive impairment screening, including: 1) Mini-Cog (3-min memory test): Sensitivity 76-91%, specificity 73-86%. 2) Newly approved Lumipulse plasma pTAU217 test: 87% accuracy, AUC 0.94 for distinguishing brain Tau
