@MDBitcoin I've discontinued all stimulants including caffeine. I feel much more steady throughout the day. High quality sleep gives me the equivalent of a clean caffeine high.

@FlowExecutive I eat my final meal of the day roughly 8 hours before I go to sleep. Followed the data to this conclusion.

Bad sleep for me is usually from:
1. Eating late
2. Too much/wrong kinds of food
3. Skipping 30 min wind down before bed
4. Stimulants too late in the day
5. Bed/room temp too hot/cold
6. Disruptions: noise, others

Make healthy choices, not for yourself, but for others who through no fault of their own become like you.
