@AltsAdventure alcohol can actually be anti-inflammatory, but is dose dependent and individual dependent. Even still, I don't consume any alcohol.

@oilersmyth @Yossi_Dahan_ Before Blueprint, I found that I had to actively do things to address bad breath. Now proper oral care and diet seems to have eliminated it. I rarely ever use mouthwash.
