    Last week I learned why people do cold exposure.

    I was jet lagged & sleep deprived. Did cryotherapy for 3 min at -112°C. Immediately had a clean coffee high; wiping out my sluggishness.

    Doing it before when well rested, I couldn't feel any difference.

    + sleep latency - time to fall asleep
    + WASO - wake after sleep onset, how long your awake
    + Amount of deep, REM and light
    + HRV
