@tomaskenzgaila @SamCharnizon agreed, I dose 10-30 mg zinc as well at the first signs of sickness. My daily zinc dose is 15 mg which is RDA.

@neilquinn There is no clear answer on this. It depends on a wide range of considerations that your doctor can assess.
@AltsAdventure alcohol can actually be anti-inflammatory, but is dose dependent and individual dependent. Even still, I don't consume any alcohol.
