    If I'm out with friends and everyone is eating, I'll put some steamed vegetables or similar on my plate and nibble to avoid an empty plate becoming a thing that derails the conversation.

    My final meal of the day is at 11 am.

    I tested hundreds of times to arrive at this. It creates the highest quality sleep.

    Try eating your last meal of the day 2 hours before bed. Then try 3,4,5,6.. hours and see if your sleep improves each time.
