@MindupLife Sex before sleep can improve sleep quality as it reduces stress/relaxes through hormone release. Without an orgasm, can negatively effect time to fall asleep. Generally sex before sleep varies quite a bit by individual.

@MindOfIntra I get sunlight daily, between sunrise and 9 am and after 5 pm. High UV index times (9 am - 5 pm) is when skin damage happens. Like Goldilocks. Not to much, not too little. Just the right amount.
