@HalscionRose Sit your children down and explain to them that you are a family that prioritizes sleep. Make rules and charts. Give out gold stars; to them, your partner and yourself. Be the example. A family sleep culture is achievable.

“Sleep is for the weak” is one of the most destructive ideas in existence.
@NYCBluesNews Mineralize your water (tea, electrolytes) and stop consuming fluids by ~4pm and see if that fixes needing to pee
