@stefanknegt For deep sleep I’ve learned that being consistent (within 30 min) with bedtime routine is the best yield. I get the majority of my deep sleep in the first part of the night. If I miss it, I can’t get that deep back.
@JohnnyQuachy Try your best to create a habitual and rule guided family culture of sleep. Establish routines, remain consistent, reward good sleep behaviors. Sit everyone down and formalize the understanding and then hold everyone in the family accountable.

@pravijn Exactly right. That graph is a great representation of sleep turbulence. Tossing and turning. Awake and unable to get back to sleep. Know that you can change it. You can nail sleep. It just requires building life systems to reliably achieve it.
