@irena_clarke @ayyyeandy I’m in Singapore too, day 6, and feel great. Most everyone I’ve spoken to say they feel the same as you. I wonder if there is a way to trim 20-30% of activities and use that time to prioritize sleep and exercise. I wonder if that was the new norm everyone would feel better.
