    Here is one simple habit to boost your sleep quality by 50% or more:

    Eat your final meal at least 2 hrs before bedtime.

    Then try extending it to 3, 4, or even 5 hrs. I do ~ 9 hrs before bed.

    Your resting heart rate will drop, and your sleep quality will soar.
