@code_ontherocks good job, it takes a few weeks for the body to settle into a rhythm but when it does it does so much of the hard work for you
@snowmead_ I just had 8 hrs of high quality sleep, allowing my body and brain to clean itself, boost my immune system, stabilize my mood, balance my hormones so that I don’t overeat, repair my skin and muscles, and lower stress. A full-body rebuild.
