#DeleteFacebook is a response to psychological manipulation, fake news, Cambridge Analytica & Russian meddling, to name a few. Facebook is untrustworthy; always has been. It’s time we move past this realization & into a constructive next step #OwnYourData

That's why the "Data Crisis" is akin to the Mortgage Crisis in size and scope. Trillions of market cap built upon what should not be theirs to monetize, our data.

Sending this to Congress is the last thing we want.

With #deletefacebook, the real issue is OWNERSHIP. *We own our data and any value derived from it.* That’s true with Facebook, Google, Apple, Experian, Twitter and the thousands of companies who have built their businesses using what is legally ours.
