    @PurviDave007 It does require a lot of effort, though it's now habitualized which makes it a lot easier. Plus, now the unpleasantness of not getting high quality sleep is so painful that I almost don't have a choice.

    @ColinKeeley I have tested temperatures ranging from 60 to 70 F. Right now, mattress set to 69.8F and house to ~67F seems optimal for me.

    “This literally sounds like hell” is how one person responded to my new sleep optimization schedule of eating dinner at 4pm, avoiding alcohol and going to bed by 9pm 😀
