My teenage boys asked me what was on my mind (likely to make fun of me 😀). I wrote them a letter explaining their future selves may be unrecognizable from who they are today and in the process, become really weird (in a good way).

@rishmishra I wanted to discontinue supplements and found that I could get reliably high quality sleep without them.

@PurviDave007 It does require a lot of effort, though it's now habitualized which makes it a lot easier. Plus, now the unpleasantness of not getting high quality sleep is so painful that I almost don't have a choice.
@ColinKeeley I have tested temperatures ranging from 60 to 70 F. Right now, mattress set to 69.8F and house to ~67F seems optimal for me.
