8 months on #blueprint, my epigenetic age reduced from age 47 to 42.5. Possible this is a new world record.

@DrCamMaximus We believe my iron was low because I was taking 10x the intended dose of curcuminoids (for 6/mo, was a mistake) which is known to cause iron deficiency anemia. Since discontinuing, fatigue symptoms are gone and new blood results are in soon.
