The image on the right shows why jet lag feels like death☠️. Left: Magic Mushrooms (25mg psilocybin) Acute cortisol spike, deviating from the expected rhythm. An expected, healthy, time-locked stress response. It resolved quickly, returning to baseline. This is adaptive.✅

@Rainmaker1973 It was this study that got my team and I curious about psilocybin. We completed the most quantified psilocybin experiment to date and we think the results point to it being a longevity therapy. Here is a summary of the findings:
New study: you get 10 yrs of healthy life from: Sleep: 7.2 -8 hrs Exercise: >42 min moderate/vigorous Diet: >52.5 points (0–100 scale) (a C grade) Small wins matter: + 5 min of sleep, 1.9 min exercise, and vegetable added one year of lifespan.

My team and I recently took a deeper look at low dose aspirin for heart health. The data doesn't support it. If you haven't had a heart attack or stroke, aspirin likely does more harm than good. The ASPREE trial (70+ adults): aspirin showed no heart benefit, increased major

The first thing @balajis said to me when we met was that we both reject what society passively accepts: inflation and aging. The slow death of currency and life. Inflation is the slow death of money through the loss of purchasing power. Aging is the slow death of biology through

Men, women need foreplay. Their anatomy literally moves. With sustained sexual arousal, the uterus lifts and the cervix retracts upward and back (called vaginal tenting), increasing vaginal length and reducing pressure on the cervix. This takes 10-20 min of continuous

The modern world is trying to kill you. That’s what I’ve learned over the past five years building Don’t Die. It’s been shocking to learn of the insane hostility to life. And there’s nowhere to hide. We’ve had to build our own safe haven for biological vibrance. My goal is
