    Uniqueness of Blueprint is my body's organs & biological processes determine what I eat. Hundreds of measurements allow my heart, lungs, liver, etc. to request what they need to be optimal. Data+science. My mind - a self harm and rationalization machine - is not consulted.

    Blueprint's uniqueness is methodically tracking via high frequency, multi-model measurement (all biofluids, ultrasound, MRI, fitness tests) and pairing with gold standard scientific evidence for optimal clinical outcomes.

    Blueprint did not come about from wanting to make money. Was to solve my problem of being powerless to stop my own overeating/self harm. It was awful. Made me extremely irritable. Clouded my mind. Accelerated age+disease. Wild emotional swings. Set a terrible example for my kids.
