Am working to improve articulating how my body data + science became the decision authority for my well-being; replacing my mind as the agent of intelligence.

What I’ve found: this contemplation ignites strong defensiveness of the mind for most ppl.

Maybe now is the right time to take on the hardest of all endeavors: upleveling ourselves.

What is the future of technology? Waaaaaay better. We all believe this.

What is the future of human? We don’t know and it’s deeply unsettling.

We need a future of human that gives us hope and fills us with wonder and excitement.

Two possible actions:

Path A leads to accelerated aging and decay

Path B leads to rejuvenation and slowed aging

The unit of measure quantifying the spectrum between A and B as a primary compass for focus and ambition.

Working on unimaginably hard engineering problems to achieve functional perfection often seems more plausible than achieving self mastery.

Tech perfection versus self perfection.

Nothing harder than working on self.
