@ModelYendofICE Even in those situations, if I could do it again, things can be made a lot better by establishing good sleep hygiene with the entire family. My kids are still at home and we're now synchronized. Younger ages are harder of course.
Definitely been there: two bedroom apartment, paper thin walls. Two kids in one room; you and your partner in the other; mad at each other. One child cries for hours, then the other. Neighbors music. So sleep deprived you can barely think straight.
