@johndrummond89 @CarlosArbona that is for sure a killer. In the early days of Braintree Venmo I did 24/7 tech support for server issues - phone always on - and it wrecked my sleep. Trying to squeeze in sleep in between intense problem solving and human interaction is something I have not mastered.
@Gestalt_enjoyer when I was 50 lbs heavier than I am now and helpless in my gluttony, I remember being willing to pay nearly any amount of money to liberate myself from my own hell-creation.
@moreshk if you haven't tried it yet, attempt precise consistency. to bed at the exact same time every night. don't eat at least a few hours before bed. try to control as much as your environment as you can. within ~10 minutes of my bedtime, my body/mind begs to go to sleep.
