@TophysP22282 I've built my life around having a low resting heart rate. It's the #1 marker I track daily. It predicts my sleep quality which in turn predicts if I exercise which in turn predicts if I'll eat nutritiously.
@Astra5225 I probably only get up at night around 50% of the time or so. I stop drinking liquids at ~4pm to avoid night time urination.
@skdh see if you can get some hyperbaric oxygen therapy in to accelerate the healing process
@petrikk My stress is equal to and most likely greater than the average person. What I teach people to do for their health is mostly free. You can go to sleep when you want, just be consistent. I encourage people to shun modern day poison including fast/junk food, digital addiction etc.
@Senpai_Gideon A green Mediterranean diet (Blueprint) was the most effective for slowing aging using speed of aging clocks, confirming what we concluded yeas ago based upon a review of scientific evidence.
@cyrsbel I didn't. I've been considering doing those kinds of experiments and wanted to hear what people thought about it. Interestingly a lot of people really do not want me to cause harm to myself, even if for the sake of science, which I really appreciate.
Answer: each spike was a muscle cramp. I did three sauna sessions this week which caused an electrolyte imbalance.
@Sticky_Mike You don't need a lot of resources. You can achieve 80%+ of the benefits by focusing on sleep, exercise and nutrition. I've distilled everything I've learned into simple daily life habits that most everyone can do and are inexpensive.
People accused me of lying and cherry picking. I posted receipts showing that I have the world's best biomarkers. I've demonstrated at age 47, you can: + slow your speed of aging by 50% + have the fertility health of a 20 year old + telomeres that are age 10 + bone mineral…

This is my sleep last night. What do you think caused the spikes?
