@nosilverv I do and you’re right. High quality sleep creates a vastly superior conscious experience compared to sleep deprivation. Also being alcohol-inebriated eliminates us from having certain societal decision rights, hard to avoid the parallel w/ sleep. My sleep data for six months.

Anti-aging is more than physical; it’s culture, philosophy, and economic. It’s our new societal operating system, replacing deathism.
