Rode in an airport cart post my joint stem cell therapy.

Reminded me that we fixate on the realities that match the speed of our biological processes. Slower, faster, invisible, indecipherable realities are blind spots.

Build life systems and guardrails to avoid relying upon will power:

+ nothing in the house you’d regret eating
+ decide ahead of time you can’t make in-the-moment decisions on vices
+ create a schedule and follow until habitual
