@BlueyAnon I think happiness could be a misguided endpoint. My goal is to find tranquility in all things, "good" and "bad". Our natural instinct is to run away from pain and discomfort however my deepest levels of satisfaction come from engaging with them.

I'm day seven into sauna, 20 min at 200°F. First few days I felt a bit fatigued and my sleep was disrupted. Seems my body is starting to adapt now. What's been your experience?

Distilling my life into numbers is the best thing I've ever done. It's the best performing recipe for a stable mood and high performance.

@jasonball @Will_Ocho Nice work Jason. The blueprint protocol reliably works and it feels amazing.
@Billyvegas34 I completed 60 sessions in 90 days and am now in the maintenance mode. No one really knows what is ideal beyond the 60 in 90 days so we are experimenting with different protocols.
@drocafella33 I'm open to evaluating cold therapy. If I do, we'll need to come up with a compelling hypothesis and identify biomarkers we can measure to determine efficacy.
@DeclanJohnson14 I'll be starting methylene blue soon. We put on hold to isolate effects of other interventions first.
@the_bentist my team and I have been following the evidence and my biomarkers and this macro profile is performing very well across muscle, metabolism, inflammation, energy etc.
