@5cottFive Took me about a year to dial in sleep so that I could achieve 8 months of perfect 100% sleep. However if you follow my protocol, you can nail it within a a month or two.

@tafphorisms Entirely possible. I've had one very specific objective: Don't Die. I could also focus on being ready to be dropped into barren land without anything and survive for 30 days, however that would be a different kind of Don't Die with other training. The specific focus helps.

@xtbot Don't Die is friendly with having children. I have three children and know that the first few years are very hard. You can however create a family culture of sleep hygiene. You can make healthy habits the norm. Parents can be the example that the kids emulate.
