@Celadonblues My protein intake is 120 grams daily and I am top 1% in muscle mass and optimal fat (~10%). I exercise one hour a day and have the cardiovascular fitness equal to the top 1.5% of 18 year olds. Optimal protein intake is a lot less than current cultural norms would say.
