@HealthCoachCP I usually wake up before the sun rises, around 5 am or so and get a few min of 10,000 lux. then when the sun rises I'll go for a walk.

@RommiNoodles that's one of the challenging things about cerebrolysin, the effects are hard to measure. we continue to do brain MRI measurements and are primarily looking there.
