@NicoleBehnam @TiffanyFong_ Nicole that’s slippery slope thinking that will quickly lead you to unbounded rationalizations that increase the rate at which you age and become diseased. We have improperly mapped celebration to things that deteriorate health.
@TiffanyFong_ Tiffany I would advise against a large meal just before bed as it will negatively impact your sleep (~30%+). With less restorative sleep, your body will miss the opportunity to clean itself and you will have less willpower tomorrow and be likely to make errors of judgement.
