14/ Building a skin age quantification protocol including high res imaging, biopsy (researching .33mm micro-biopsy that won’t scar), multi-point positioning images w/ overlays to capture UV damage, age spots, & wrinkles. (Image taken w/ Sony a7riv 61 megapixel, 85 mm Sigma lens)
11/Frailty index 0.0326, = to age 20
12/Oral health: My dentist reports “you have the gums of a healthy teenager."
8/Kidneys (cont’d): Renal interlobar arteries resistive index (RRI) 0.46 (right kidney) and 0.49 (left kidney), = age 25 (see notes for details)
9/Thyroid volume (increases with age) coming in at age 23 equivalent at 20.9 milliliters
10/Prostate volume (increases with age) coming in at age 30 equivalent for a Westerner at 19.14 milliliters
4/Carotid arteries (cont’d). No plaque or atherosclerosis. Internal carotid artery maximum intima media thicknesses at 0.51 and 0.45 mm = to age 25, as low as is possible to score
5/Heart quantitative aging echocardiogram (echo). Left ventricle: E/A pulsed wave doppler in the mitral valve of 1.67 score (dimensionless) age 28, w/ E component at 0.96 m/s of age 15 average for healthy caucasian men. Measures how well blood is flowing through the mitral valve.
6/Echo (cont’d): Intraventricular relaxation time (IVRT) of 50.6 ms scored at age 19. Tissue doppler showed septal LV E’ (e prime) mitral annulus speed of 11.12 cm/s, age 24. (Measure of how well the left ventricle septum is contracting back and forth.)
7/Kidneys. Zero cysts, zero parenchymal thickness abnormalities (i.e. irregular or thinning) present in the kidneys
